My intent with Yoga, meditation and bodywork is to assist in leading you back to your center.
When imbalances occur in our energy fields they may show up as sensitivities, fatigue, dis-ease and pain. We could treat the symptoms, but if we don’t bring our whole self into balance the symptoms will be reoccurring. This is where the trifecta comes into play; mind, body, spirit. To practice movement and awareness in the physical, while settling the mind with breath attunement, we align our spirits.

Private Yoga

Yoga for your body, lead by the rhythm of your breath, gentle movement to open up, relax, release, and rejuvenate mind, body, soul. Small group or private 1:1 practices available at Yoga Shala!

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a comfy lying-down guided meditation, sometimes called yoga sleep. Incredibly relaxing and therapeutic, it is said that 20 min of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to several hours of REM sleep, and an excellent treatment for PTSD.

Available on Sundays at 7pm at Yoga Shala.

Hot Yoga

Hot yoga is a vigorous form of yoga performed in a very warm and humid studio. Available at Hybrid Athletics in Portage, IN.

First Class is $5.00!
