I’m a yoga teacher in deep healing, cultivating a holistic lifestyle. My yoga is a feel good fusion of many types with some Qi Gong influence, lead by the rhythm of your breath. I offer Thai style walking, and lomi lomi style massage. I study shamanism, ayurveda and herbs.
I believe with a disciplined approach to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual intake, ie. nutrition and mindful regard to the energies surrounding us, we can bring balance into our lives.
My intent with Yoga, meditation and bodywork is to assist in leading you back to your center.

Yoga Nidra is a comfy lying-down guided meditation, sometimes called yoga sleep. Incredibly relaxing and therapeutic, it is said that 20 min of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to several hours of REM sleep, and an excellent treatment for PTSD. This is a nice option for new practitioners or those times when you require a little assistance to get into a relaxed state.
